Jefferson Community College took the bold step of transitioning to a residential campus with the new construction of a new residence hall. JCC marked this milestone 52-year history with a groundbreaking ceremony on June 13 for on-campus student housing. The 298-bed residence hall, which will be owned by the Faculty Student Association, is slated to open for the Fall 2014 semester.
Mach Architecture is the Architect of Record under Purcell Construction Company on this innovative Design-Build project. We are collectively working with the College to set the tone for residence life at JCC with an innovative residence and modern amenities. The new facility will a promote vibrant campus life for 300 students with ample indoor and outdoor social and recreation space.
